Blaby Ice House
In 2020, Fairways were requested by Blaby District Council to turn the Blaby Ice House, a 180 year old Grade II listed building, into a major attraction for visitors from the area and beyond.
The nine-month project saw the Building Team implement a brand new retaining structure, a new dome cap and repair a significant crack within the building itself. Our Landscaping Team assisted with an initial unearthing of the Ice House in order to understand the overall integrity of the structure, before returning the mound, seeding and final touches ahead of its re-opening to the public.
Tally Ho Conference and Banqueting Centre
One of our longest serving customers, we have been serving the playing fields of the Tally Ho Conference and Banqueting Centre since 2015. We deliver a year-round grounds maintenance service which includes field mowing, pitch marking and specialist upkeep of the site’s cricket pitches during Summer.
We also provide mechanical maintenance such as slitting, scarification, verti-draining and fertiliser spreading to make sure the play fields are always looking their best, regardless of the time of year.
Solihull Sixth Form College
Our partnership with Solihull Sixth Form College began in 2002 and we have continued to maintain the playing fields and site’s outdoor facilities to this day.
During this time, we have completed additional, exciting installation projects, including the college’s Art Garden, multi-use game area, canopy bases and perimeter fencing.

Elegant Homes
Fairways has enjoyed a long-standing partnership with Elegant Homes, one of the most prestigious residential housing developers in the Midlands.
Fairways supports Elegant Homes in providing its Hard Landscaping, Arboriculture, Grounds Maintenance and Site Clearance services for major projects, including Hampton Green and Garden Square East. We look forward to supporting Elegant Homes in creating more market-leading properties in the future.
